Chhayadhar Animation Studio operates as a fully remote, work-from-home studio. Our team collaborates online to create cinematic, story-driven animation.
We hire creatives on a contract basis, where each contract clearly outlines workload, responsibilities, timelines, and working terms. This ensures transparency and helps everyone understand expectations and code of conduct before joining a project.
Our team communicates and collaborates primarily through Discord.

Kinds of contracts
At Chhayadhar Animation Studio, we offer two types of collaboration:
• Unpaid Artist Internship – for learning, experience, and portfolio building.
• Paid Artist Contract – for professional collaboration on studio productions.
Unpaid Artist Internship
Duration

• Intended for learning, industry experience, and portfolio development.
• Participation does not guarantee Future employment in the company.
Work Structure
• Work is task-based with flexible working hours.
• Deadlines will be assigned for each task.
• We value artists’ time. Since this is unpaid, deadlines are generally longer than typical industry timelines.

If a task normally has a 5-day studio deadline, interns may receive 8–9 days.
Communication
• Production communication will occur through Discord, email, or shared tools.
Requirements
• Stable internet connection
• Required software/tools
Ownership & Portfolio Use
• All work created during the internship belongs to the Studio.
• Interns can include the work in their portfolio.

Either party may end the internship with notice.
Completion Benefits
Successful interns may receive:

• Letter of Recommendation (performance-based)
